Exchanges: If the merchandise you ordered isn't quite what you had in mind you may exchange the merchandise up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise will be accepted for exchange in new condition only. Please return the merchandise in the original packaging if possible. If you are planning to exchange an item please contact us prior to shipping the item with the following information: -Invoice Number -Purchase Date -Reason For exchange -Item you would like to exchange for Returns/Refunds General Merchandise will be accepted in return for a refund in new condition only. A 5% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please return the merchandise in the original packaging if possible. 3. Custom orders, such as items purchased by phone, e-mail, or special instruction/ (items that are not found on the LostBuckaroo.com web page)
4. Custom orders may also be described as items not found on the LostBuckaroo.com web page or catalog as regular inventory
5. Or items made specifically to your specifications such as: Made to measurement chinks and chaps.
